Permanent closure of your VectraBid organisation account is a controlled process available only to the Organisation Owner.
Before You Continue
Account closure is permanent. Closing your organisation account will ultimately permanently delete the organisation and its associated data. Other organisation users will lose access to the organisation.
Only the Organisation Owner can request permanent closure of the organisation account.
If your organisation has an active subscription, you must cancel the subscription before account closure can proceed. VectraBid checks the subscription status before allowing the closure process to continue. If an active subscription is detected, the closure process will stop and you will be instructed to cancel the subscription first.
Cancelling your subscription does not remove your purchased additional AI credits. Those credits remain with your organisation while the organisation continues to exist, including after it moves to PAY AS YOU GO.
Any refund due from subscription cancellation is handled according to the existing VectraBid subscription cancellation rules and procedures. The account-closure process does not recalculate that subscription refund.
When the organisation permanently closes, qualifying unused purchased additional AI credits are refunded in full. Free, promotional and included subscription credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
Account closure does not take effect immediately. Once the Owner completes the closure process, the organisation remains in place until the 1st of the following calendar month.
On the 1st of the following calendar month, qualifying unused purchased additional AI credits will be refunded. Any subscription refund already established through the subscription cancellation process will also be processed at that time, if a refund is due.
Refunds are processed before the organisation is permanently deleted. This ensures the records required to process and audit the refunds remain available before organisation data is permanently removed.
Important
Do not continue with account closure unless you are certain that you want to permanently close the organisation. This action is irreversible once the organisation and its associated data have been permanently deleted.
